Certification Details BLS ARRT State Radiology Technologist License Vascular Interventional Radiography Job Details Special Procedures Tech Job Profile Summary Work Experience (Required) : One year interventional radiology Education (Required) Certification (Required) : ARRT AND State Radiology Technologist License RAD AND Vascular Interventional Radiography must be obtain credential within 18 months of start. Required Skills : Sheath removal Job Requirements ARRT State Radiology Technologist License Vascular Interventional Radiography (must obtain within 18 months) Schedule Information Hours : TBD in interview Additional Details Current BLS card from an acceptable agency Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer Completed onsite. Completed annually. Documentation of Hep B vaccinations (series of 3) and / or positive laboratory titer or signed declination if choosing not to take vaccine. Influenza vaccine status required. Declination will be reviewed for religious or medical exemption only. 2 Negative TB skin tests. 1 within 90 days and 1 within 365 days of start or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually. Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and / or positive laboratory titer. Proof of having received vaccine. The TD vaccine does not meet this requirement. Physical Capacity. Written statement by a person lawfully authorized to perform the examination that Resource is physically capable of performing Health the essential functions of the job.
