Responsibilities
The Career and College Specialist-RN provides career, resume and educational guidance to current and future Norton Healthcare employees. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting workforce programs, processes and events, recruiting for workforce initiatives and advocating for career and educational growth with both internal and external customers. They will also conduct training and education sessions that require them to be a licensed registered nurse.
**This position has the opportunity to be a hybrid position. You will be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility and must be able to come in for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky or Indiana**
Qualifications
Required:
- One year recruitment, talent coaching, education/training, licensed/credentialed nursing or allied health professional.
- Nursing Diploma or Associate
- Registered Nurse (RN); and Certified Professional Career Coaching (CPCC) or must obtain CPCC certification within 9 months of hire.
Desired:
- One year career coaching and/or student program management.
