Responsibilities
The Career and College Specialist provides career, resume and educational guidance to current and future Norton Healthcare employees. This includes, but is not limited to, supporting workforce programs, processes and events, recruiting for workforce initiatives and advocating for career and educational growth with both internal and external customers.
**This position has the opportunity to work from home. You may be asked to complete training at a Norton Healthcare facility or be able to come to a Norton Healthcare facility for business purposes. Employees in this role must reside in Kentucky, Indiana, Missouri. Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina**
Qualifications
Required:
- One year recruitment, talent coaching, education/training, licensed/credentialed nursing or allied health professional.
- Bachelor degree if an RN or Allied Health Professional; must have a minimum of an Associate's in the associated health profession
- Certified Professional Career Coaching (CPCC) or must obtain certification within 9 months of hire.
Desired:
- One year career coaching and/or student program management.
