Responsibilities
Attendants will provide assistance to all customers, both external and internal. Assistance includes, but is not limited to, directional and or informational assistance: transportation of patients and guests to specific departments or areas, including wheelchair assistance as needed.
Norton Healthcare is committed to establishing health equity in every neighborhood, and Norton West Louisville Hospital is an example of that commitment put into action. Opening November of 2024, this state-of-the-art facility is being built at 850 South 28th Street and will offer comprehensive services, including a 24-hour emergency department, inpatient care, operating rooms and imaging technology. It will serve both adults and children. It’s designed with the voice of the community in mind, and will change health care for generations to come.
