Responsibilities
The Manager of Managed Care is responsible for overall operational effectiveness of the HB variance team. Oversees all HR responsibilities for the team. Leads all hospital JOC's for any and all issues, concerns across the system with the payors, seeks resolution for any and all issues with the payors. Maintains and develops EPIC contract loads to maintain integrity with our negotiations and seek to find all HB variances for all payors.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor Degree: See Experience
- With Required Degree: Three years in a healthcare setting
- Without Required Degree: Seven years in a healthcare setting
Desired:
- Five years managed care/ revenue cycle; One year leadership
- Master Degree
