Norton Clinical Agency offers Respiratory Care Pracitioners flexible scheduling and competitive pay while being a part of the Norton Healthcare team.
We are now offering four options:
Respiratory Care Practitioner positions for Respiratory Therapists who live in the Louisville-Metro area:
- Opportunity to earn over $58 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
- Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN).
- Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
- Flexible employment options, including short and long-term assignments
Respiratory Care Practitioner Norton Traveler positions for Respiratory Therapists who live 75 miles outside the Louisville-Metro area:
- Opportunity to earn over $43 an hour, plus shift and weekend differentials when taking long term assignments
- Receive a tax-free, bi-weekly lodging stipend in addition to hourly pay
- Opportunity to float within our 5 Louisville hospital locations and Norton Clark Hospital (IN).
- Assignments in both adult and pediatric units based on experience
- Flexible employment options, including short and long-term assignments

Qualifications
Respiratory Care Practitioner Required:
- Associate Degree Respiratory Therapy
- One year of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
- One of : CRT or RRT-RRT must be obtained within 12 months of hire
- Respiratory Therapist (State) (KY)
Salary : $43 - $58
