Responsibilities
Supervisor, Invasive Cardiac Specialist-Rad Technol is responsible for planning, organizing, delegating, coordinating and managing the daily operations in the department of Invasive Cardiology to ensure quality services are provided according to established policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include staff productivity, assisting the manager with the development, interpretation and implementation of budgets and long-range plans for efficient operations and technology. This position will be accountable for the accomplishment of results and the achievement of objectives, consistent with the hospital mission, values and operational and strategic plans and will work closely with the Invasive Cardiology Director, Manager, Medical Director and physicians that provide services within the department.
Qualifications
Required:
- With a Bachelor's Degree: Three years of experience in Invasive Cardiology (Cath Lab). With an Associate's Degree: Five years of experience in Invasive Cardiology (Cath Lab).
- Bachelor's degree (See Work Experience)
- Must have Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) AND State Radiology Technologist License (RO). Must obtain RAD within 12 months of hire if currently hold RADT. AND must obtain one of: Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI-ARRT), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV-ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI-ARRT) within 18 months of hire.
Desired:
- One year previous leadership experience. Registered CV Specialist: RT-R Lead Tech experience
- Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI-ARRT), Cardiovascular Interventional Radiography (CV-ARRT), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI-ARRT)
