Job Details
Shift : 7a-730p, call required, Will float between preop and PACU, must have experience in both.
Work Experience (Basic) : 2 years of acute care RN experience
Education (Required) : Diploma or Associate
Skills Required : IV insertion, Blood draws, PICC / Central Line management, A-line management, CPAP / BiPAP, Epidural / PCA pump, Feeding tubes, Continuous bladder irrigation, Wound vac

Certification (Required) : Registered Nurse

Shift : 7a-730p, call required
Additional Details
Nursys Report (Prefer Compact Nursing License)
COVID-19 Vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission.
Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer
Fit Test completed onsite, annually.
Hepatitis B documentation or signed declination if not vaccinated.
Influenza vaccine status required, only medical or religious declination accepted.
2 Negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually.
Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and / or positive laboratory titer
Physical Capacity Documentation - essential functions capability within a year.
Include full work experience with references from previous managers.
E-Verify and supporting documentation completed prior to start
