As a Talent Activation Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial role in making sure our event-day talent shows up informed, energized, and ready to shine. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes magic-maker ensuring our clients get the top-tier service they expect and our talent is set up for success.
Schedule: part-time 16-24 hours/week depending on needs of the business : planning on : Thursday - Sunday Morning (scheduled start any time prior to noon, work approximately 4-6 hours)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Communicating with both talent and clients via phone, text, and email to ensure everyone has the info they need.
- Confirming schedules, sharing logistics, and keeping tabs on talent check-ins.
- Collaborating with the lead Talent Activation Coordinator and internal teams to support smooth operations.
- Jumping in to troubleshoot when issues arise—whether it’s rerouting talent or finding a last-minute replacement.
- Keeping systems up to date with real-time info and tracking key event data.
- Supporting vendor adjustments when necessary, with an eye on fairness and accuracy.
- Delivering outstanding service with professionalism, warmth, and clarity.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- You’ve got at least 1 year of experience in talent coordination, events, staffing, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- You’re a natural communicator—clear, confident, and kind.
- You’re tech-savvy, organized, and quick on your feet (Google Suite, CRMs, Asana, and similar tools are second nature to you).
- You’re a problem-solver who thrives under pressure and isn’t afraid to take initiative.
- You understand the importance of both big-picture thinking and tiny details.
- You can work independently but love being part of a high-performing team.
- You bring positive energy and stay cool when things get a little chaotic.
Other Helpful Info
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Bonus Points: Experience in customer service, events, or talent booking
- Physical Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift up to 25–50 lbs and work on a computer for extended periods
