Job Details
Shift : 2 week rotation
Week 1 - work in the lab Monday-Friday 07 : 00a-3 : 30p
Week 2 - on call daily from Monday at 3 : 30pm-07 : 00am the following Monday. Will receive GWW only, no on call or call in pay.
Job Requirements
Current BLS card from an acceptable agency
Current state or compact license and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start or National certification, If applicable and Primary Source Verification completed prior to start. Do not submit if candidate does not have licensure to work in the state.

Additional Details
Covid vaccine required, provide vaccination card with submission. Declinations are accepted for medical or religious reasons for COVID.
Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart and / or positive laboratory titer
Completed onsite. Completed annually.
Documentation of Hep B vaccinations (series of 3) and / or positive laboratory titer or signed declination if choosing not to take vaccine.
Influenza vaccine status required. Declination will be reviewed for religious or medical exemption only. Do not submit candidate declining for other reasons.
2 Negative TB skin tests. 1 within 90 days and 1 within 365 days of start (TB Skin tests must state negative results, read in MM, dates placed and read and name / title of HCP administering test) or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days, updated annually.
Documentation of 2 doses of varicella 4 weeks apart and / or positive laboratory titer
Proof of having received vaccine. The TD vaccine does not meet this requirement.
Physical Capacity. Written statement by a person lawfully authorized to perform the examination that Resource is physically capable of performing Health the essential functions of the job. This health exam must be performed within one (1) year prior to assignment to a Customer.
