Join our team as a Temporary Deposit Operations Representative, and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our daily banking operations.
In this role, you’ll work with our entire team to complete responsibilities relating to account debit, debit cards, general ledger monitoring and cash aggregation for BSA monitoring.
In addition, you’ll help maintain deposit product relationships and serve as the primary contact for deposit related customer calls, answer questions and research issues.
This position will run from May through the end of August, from our Operations Center in Norway, ME.
Our Candidate Must Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computers, excel, word and merge documents
- The ability to learn quickly and multi-task
- The ability to handle customer calls in a pleasant, courteous, and timely manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with banking preferred but not required
Working Conditions:
Physical surroundings are generally pleasant and comfortable with minimal exposure to injury or other hazards.
Minimal physical effort required; normally seated with freedom of movement on a regular basis; handling of light materials and supplies.
