Norwesta is a small, organic, self-sustaining family farm seeking a part-time farm worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with organic/sustainable farming methods, simple construction and repair, and maintenance of farm tools and machinery.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Farm Work
Perform a variety of tasks related to farming, including but not limited to:
- Seeding and harvesting crops
- Facility maintenance and repairs
- Maintenance of farm tools and machinery
Farm Maintenance
Assist with routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to:
- Repairing fences and other infrastructure
- Maintaining equipment and tools
