Summary
Norwex is looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to join our team. Content is central to every touchpoint across the consumer decision journey and plays a critical role in shaping consumer perceptions of brands and ultimately turning audiences into loyal customers.
What success looks like in this position: You plan and create high-performing marketing and social media strategic content that elevates Norwex’s brand on different platforms. You’ll be working alongside our social media, digital marketing, creative, and product marketing teams. This is a hybrid position in Dallas/Fort Worth - candidate must be local to DFW to assist with content creation and local brand shoots.
Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit unique social media videos using simple video editing tools to support monthly sales and marketing campaigns for Norwex Consultants.
- Design engaging social media graphics and templates in Canva to support monthly marketing campaigns and product launches for Consultants and manage the internal Canva catalog.
- Create Consultant Facing Monthly Social Media Content Calendar.
- Create and manage communications calendar for private Norwex groups.
- Perform social listening to identify upcoming relevant trends and generate engaging content ideas to support campaigns that drive demand for our products.
- Help to plan and execute monthly social media content shoots.
- Coordinate with various internal teams (Sales, Web, Marketing) to package relevant monthly incentive assets for Consultants.
- Serve as a backup scheduler for Norwex Corporate social pages on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media marketing content creation, and managing major brands on social platforms.
- Working knowledge of social media platforms: TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.
- Strong understanding of iPhone videography and photography, motion graphics, and editing.
- Knowledge of social media video editing tools, especially CapCut.
- Graphic design skills for social media graphics, especially Canva.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining high attention to detail and a positive approach.
- Experience in Direct Selling preferred.
This position is a hybrid role with the expectation of being in the Coppell, TX office when necessary.
