As a Senior Land Consultant, you will be responsible for building runsheets, interpreting mineral and leasehold titles, creating ownership reports, identifying title defects, and negotiating OGL leases. You must have a strong background in title, curative, and leasing experience, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Land Management, or Energy Commerce, and at least 5 years of experience in land management. BLM experience and AAPL membership are also required. You must reside within a 50-mile radius of Hobbs, NM, Seminole, TX, or Andrews, TX.
