Position Title: Instructor
Location: Wichita, KS

Pay Rate - $40/hr. on W2.
Monday - Friday, Onsite, 1st shift, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
(40 hours/week, no overtime expected, with minimal domestic travel required)
Job Details:
- As an Instructor, you will develop and deliver training primarily for dealership parts professionals, with opportunities to support company personnel and customers.
- This role emphasizes aftermarket selling skills, common parts needs for equipment, and the professional skills essential for Ag and Turf dealership employees.
- Instructors will create, update, and deliver engaging content for students across the dealership network.
- Training formats include virtual courses ranging from four to eight hours, and in-person classes spread over two days, per week.
- Participants will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from dealerships throughout North America.
Top Must-Haves:
- Ability to create and deliver engaging content in simple terms using today's technological classroom tools.
- Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology.
- Capacity to manage meetings with subject matter experts, meet delivery deadlines, and understand a variety of products and systems.
Education Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Adult Education discipline or Agriculture (AgriBusiness, Communication, Ag Ed, etc.) is ideal.
- A technical degree (e.g., JD TECH) is also acceptable.
