What you will do:
- Clear and reset tables
- Has knowledge of table numbers to run food and drink
- Assists with restaurant upkeep during shift
- Understands our Guest Obsessed culture and do whatever it takes to create a positive and memorable guest experience
- Welcome guests with a smile
- Seat guests
- Communicates with servers and managers regarding availability of tables, seating of large parties, or special requests made by our guests
- Handles guests' complaints by listening to their concerns, always informing a manager, and resolving issues PLUS ONE to ensure overall guest satisfaction
