Schedule and travel to borrowers' locations for in-person signings, ensuring timely completion of appointments. Confirm the identity of all signers, ensuring proper documentation and legal compliance. Securely manage and execute all signed documents, promptly returning them to the lender or title company.BACKGROUND : MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Certified Notary Public, meeting all state or regional requirements, including any necessary bonds or insurance, with additional certification as a Notary Signing Agent. Prior experience in notarizing loan closing documents, with a strong understanding of mortgage and real estate transactions. High level of accuracy in reviewing and notarizing loan documents to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively coordinating with borrowers, lenders, and title companies. Ability to manage appointments, travel schedules, and document handling efficiently, ensuring timely loan closings.
