Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to automotive existing service customers, service appointments, and vehicle inquiries
- Provide detailed information on our automotive products, services, and promotions
- Identify inactive or lost service customers and provide offers to them to entice them to come back for service
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm bookings
- Maintain up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM
- Meet or exceed call and sales performance targets
- Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of various service promotions
- Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or telemarketing (automotive experience is a plus)
