We are looking for a driven and passionate Automotive Outbound Call Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to automotive existing service customers, service appointments, and vehicle inquiries
Provide detailed information on our automotive products, services, and promotions
Identify inactive or lost service customers and provide offers to them to entice them to come back for service
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm bookings
Maintain up-to-date records of all calls and customer interactions in the CRM
Meet or exceed call and sales performance targets
Educate potential customers on the benefits and features of various service promotions
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
Qualifications :
Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, or telemarketing (automotive experience is a plus)
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Goal-oriented, with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
Comfortable with high call volumes and engaging with a variety of customers
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to succeed
