Position Summary
We are looking for a Guest Service Representative, also known as, Seller of Joy & Cake Ambassador! We are looking for a very special kind of person to become a part of our bakery family. We know that qualities like sincerity, warmth, hard work, and a little humor will take you far at NBC. The position of the Guest Services Representative (GSR) is to create a warm and welcoming environment in which to serve the NBC guests both in person and by telephone. The GSR wears several hats, including decorating cakes, prepping materials for future orders, crafting, light cleaning, and organizing orders / materials.
