What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Employee position at Nothing Bundt Cakes?
At Nothing Bundt Cakes, as a back-of-house employee you will learn the skills to create our signature cakes! As an assistant baker, you will support the bakers and strive for consistency when you make our guests’ favorite recipes. As a froster, you will put the finishing touches on our cakes to ensure that every guest gets a perfectly sweet bite. As a dishwasher / utility employee, you will play an essential role in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation by meeting high-volume dishwashing demands and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery.
