Position Summary:
We’re looking for someone to be the perfect addition to our bakery family and growing business. The froster is responsible for making our "from-scratch" signature frosting and applying it by hand to all sizes of our cakes for walk-ins, pre-orders and marketing orders. This person must keep the display case fully stocked and maintain appropriate par levels of additional cakes. The froster is responsible for keeping the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently with other teammates.
Requirements:

- Past retail, restaurant and/or bakery experience preferred
- Possess a strong sense of teamwork & a positive attitude
- Able to lift up-to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:
- Abide by all bakery policies and procedures
- Assist other departments as needed and directed
- Frost Bundltets for walk In guests or orders
- Frost all cakes for same-day and next-day orders
- Keep retail cases stocked with Bundtlets, 8” and 10” cakes and back-up sample trays
- Maintain par levels in cooler or case cakes, assorted Bundtini packs and sample trays
- Make frosting when stock level is below par
- Keep frosting area, tables, microwave and tool bins clean and sanitized per local codes
