Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for guest relations, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Conduct shift audits as required, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions and reports.
- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally to enhance guest experience.
- Operate phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages from guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred.
- Knowledge of TOAST Point of Sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse clientele preferred.
- Familiarity with restaurant/bakery operations is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in all interactions with guests.
