At Nothing Bundt Cakes , the Shift Leader keeps the atmosphere upbeat
and the sweets coming by overseeing and helping the bakery operations when the manager is not present.
The Shift Leader will be trained in all positions in the bakery including baking, frosting, delivery, customer service, events, and marketing to allow for potential promotions to assistant manager or manager if desired! But personal growth and bringing joy to people every day are just a couple of perks of working in our bakery.

This is a part time year round position of 15-20 hours a week with mandatory availability the weeks prior to major holidays.
Must be 18 or older. Must have prior supervisory or management experience.
