Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain the shop daily.
- Sell cakes and engage with customers to drive sales.
- Maintain a cash drawer, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Promote and sign up customers for our Cake Club.
- Encourage customers to provide feedback through our service survey.
- Maintain a clean and inviting display area.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle light lifting.
Compensation:
