What You Will Do
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop a team of FP&A professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Build and maintain strong financial models to evaluate business performance, capital allocation, and strategic opportunities.
- Develop and oversee annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Monitor business performance against financial plans and provide insights to optimize profitability.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and areas of operational improvement using data-driven financial analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand key business drivers and ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
- Act as a trusted financial advisor, presenting actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Ensure effective utilization of FP&A systems and tools, including Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau, or equivalent financial planning technologies.
- Drive process improvements and implement scalable solutions to support growth.
- Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, ensuring transparency and clarity for leadership and stakeholders.
- Utilize data to identify trends, track performance metrics, and forecast market or operational changes.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, financial leadership, or related roles with at least 3-5 years in a management capacity.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Experience with global FP&A and comfort working across different time zones.
- Familiarity with advanced FP&A tools, such as Oracle, Hyperion, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, modeling, and analytics.
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams with strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic mindset with a proven ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- Strong presentation skills and experience communicating complex financial concepts to non-financial audiences.
