RF Engineer

We are pleased to announce the opening for a RF Engineer who will join our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will be part of a team known for research, design and development of algorithms and devices for improving RF interferometry.

Responsibilities :

You'll be conducting independent research and development, design and fabrication of novel radar/RF technologies. This will include the following technical, project management, and business development duties:

• Provide technical input to design teams in radar or RF systems research and development
• Work with multidiscipline design teams in fabrication/code, integration and test activities
• Communicate solutions and concepts to engineering, scientific, and technical audiences
• Perform trade-off analyses; perform modeling, simulation and analysis of alternatives that evaluate system effectiveness, utility, and performance
• Assist in translating objectives into architectural concepts, system quantitative and functional requirements and develop system specifications and external interfaces
• Make sound decisions based on engineering judgement
• Operate independently
• Be proactive in identification of problems and solutions
• Interact with customers to convey system objectives and constraints
  
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• You must have a Masters degree. Electrical engineering degree preferred.
• You will need 2 years of full-time professional experience. Prefer experience in RF analog electronics and test equipment.
• You must possess or obtain an active Secret clearance.
• You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.

• Demonstrated hands-on technical expertise with RF analog electronics and test equipment
• Relevant RF systems design experience
• Interpersonal communications skills and ability to work in a team environment
