Responsibilities
- Responsible for the assembly, building, and proper operation of industrial equipment to meet customer demands, including Balers, Conveyors, and Shredders
- Follows written plans to build industrial equipment.
- Wants to work, strong work ethic
- Ability to read written plans / drawings / build specs
- Fabricate equipment by welding various types of steel, using oxygen / acetylene, torch, and plasma cutter
- Safety compliance and efficiency to complete work orders
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Account for all parts, materials, tools, and consumables used as required
- Process required project documentation promptly
- Communicate and interact with others in a respectful and collaborative manner
- Regular attendance and timeliness are a must
- In general, use of forklift, welder, chop saw, grinders, and various power tools
