Solar Lead Generator

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic Solar team. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing high-quality leads to drive solar sales and contribute to the overall success of our business development efforts.

Duties

• Engage with the public in a variety of venues, including 3 mall kiosk locations in Yuba City, Fairfield and Stockton to qualify and book homeowners for complimentary solar consultations.
• Participate in company expensed trade shows and events throughout each month to generate leads.
• Engage in telemarketing and inside sales efforts to connect with prospects and qualify leads based on their needs.
• Nour Solar is an Official Partner of the Sacramento Kings and Sacramento River-Cats, you will have the opportunity to generate leads at specific home games in both sporting venues.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential clients and follow up with the sales team and homeowners as necessary to nurture relationships.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Candidate must maintain their own reliable transportation.
• Candidate must be able to stand for long periods.

Skills

• Strong understanding of sales and confidence to spark conversation with the general public.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with prospects. Bilingual/Multi-lingual is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales or business development, with a focus on lead generation strategies.
• Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and inside sales practices is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Compensation

• Hourly wage starts at $17 per hour with potential for raise.
• Earn 20% commission of total sale profit on company generated appointments.
• Earn 40% commission of total sale profit on self-generated referrals outside of company resources.
