We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities:
✔ Respond to Customer Inquiries – Answer emails and messages in a timely, professional, and friendly manner.
✔ Process Returns & Refunds – Handle return requests, issue refunds, and coordinate product exchanges.
✔ Coordinate with Warehouse Staff – Work closely with the warehouse team to track orders, resolve shipping issues, and ensure timely deliveries.
✔ Maintain Order Accuracy – Assist in resolving any discrepancies with customer orders and proactively address potential issues.
✔ Provide Product Support – Help customers with product-related questions, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
✔ Help Maintain Facility Cleanliness – Assist in keeping the workspace and warehouse clean and organized to ensure a smooth workflow.
