Key Responsibilities
- **Client Acquisition & Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients, healthcare facilities, educational institutions, and other organizations requiring contract foodservice solutions.
- **Prospecting & Pipeline Development**: Execute targeted warm-calling campaigns to generate high-quality leads, schedule consultations, and convert opportunities into contracts.
- **Sales Strategy & Market Analysis**: Identify emerging trends in foodservice (e.g., sustainability demands, menu innovation, labor optimization) to craft data-driven proposals that address client needs.
- **CRM Utilization**: Leverage Salesforce to manage accounts, track sales activities, forecast revenue, and ensure seamless communication across internal teams.
- **Solution Selling**: Deliver compelling presentations that highlight our culinary expertise, operational efficiencies, and technology-driven tools (e.g., inventory management, cost-control systems).
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with culinary, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and client retention.
- **Performance Excellence**: Exceed quarterly/annual sales targets while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
**Qualifications**
- 3 years of experience in **B2B sales**, preferably in contract foodservice management, hospitality, or corporate dining.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts ($100k ).
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to optimize pipeline management and reporting.
- Strong understanding of foodservice operations, including procurement, staffing, compliance, and client ROI metrics.
