· Good to have – Experience in using Microsoft
Dynamics CRM or other similar CRM tools
Job description:
· Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s
services to facilitate the sales process
· Build, maintain and utilize a lead generation database
for various regions in US and other similar countries where B2B business
opportunities exist
· Conduct customer research and market analysis to
obtain information about potential leads
· Contact prospects via calls and/or emails to
qualify the leads and develop new business
· Effectively articulate and map our value
proposition to the leads and prospects, while understanding their pain-points
and offering unique ways in which our organization can support them
· Research, track, maintain and update leads and
qualified leads
· Qualify the leads and pass on to the Pre-sales
and/or Business Development teams for sending proposals and closing the
opportunity
· Co-ordinate with other teams such as Pre-Sales /
Solutions Marketing / Business Development to effectively reach out to
decision-makers in the target organizations
· Participate in proposal preparation and sales decks
for initial pitch
· Provide accurate and timely information to
management
