About the Role:
The Branch Manager at NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC is a key position responsible for overseeing the overall management of consulting services and projects in our Panama City Beach office. This role involves ensuring performance and profitability, managing a team of engineers and technicians, evaluating and guiding their performance, and assisting in their professional development and growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise the preparation of routine proposals and quotations to clients, ensuring proper scoping of services, availability of manpower, and pricing.
- Responsible for all Profit & Loss (P/L) duties.
- Lead business development activities, including project identification and pursuit, scope of work development, proposal preparation, and development of project opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team for preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and write technical aspects of submittals.
- Ensure the overall safety of the department and take an active role in the office's safety leadership.
- Maintain high-quality testing, engineering, and inspection work in the office, laboratory, and field, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to company policies.
