Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the customer care department to ensure high standards of patient service and satisfaction.
- Manage and train customer care staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure appropriate care is provided.
- Collaborate with medical staff across various departments including medical-surgical, ER, and outpatient services to streamline patient care processes.
- Address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns effectively and empathetically.
- Implement policies and procedures that enhance the patient experience while adhering to regulatory standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of geriatrics, ICU, outpatient, primary care, behavioral health, or medical-surgical environments.
