Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance and Licensing:
- Ensure that the security company adheres to all North Carolina state regulations and licensing requirements for security firms.
- Apply for and maintain necessary licenses for the company and employees, including security guard and private investigator licenses.
- Stay updated on changes in local, state, and federal regulations related to security services.
- Operational Oversight:
- Supervise daily operations of the security company, including overseeing security personnel, administrative staff, and contractors.
- Ensure the company meets client security needs and delivers services effectively and professionally.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of clients’ properties.
- Staff Management and Training:
- Hire, train, and manage security personnel to ensure they meet state licensing requirements and company standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to employees to ensure high-quality service and compliance with regulations.
- Provide ongoing professional development opportunities for security staff.
- Client Relations:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and address any concerns or issues related to security services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure continued business and satisfaction.
- Develop customized security solutions for clients based on their specific needs.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain detailed records of security services provided, including incident reports, security logs, and employee training records.
- Submit required reports to regulatory bodies, including licensing boards and law enforcement agencies as needed.
- Legal and Ethical Standards:
- Ensure the company and employees uphold the highest ethical standards, and work to maintain the company’s reputation in the industry.
- Address any legal issues related to the security services provided and cooperate with law enforcement when necessary.
- Will receive a percentage of each contract closed with your participation.
Qualifications:
- Must be available to be on-call
- Licensing: Must hold a valid North Carolina Private Security Services License or other required state certifications.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in the security industry, with managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in criminal justice, business, or a related field is preferred.

- 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Monday- Friday
- 11:30 PM – 7:00 AM Monday- Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday & Sunday
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Saturday & Sunday
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Saturday & Sunday
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management abilities.
- Knowledge of state regulations and security industry standards.

Working Conditions:
- May require working long or irregular hours to manage emergencies or meet client demands.
