NOVA Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Courier
Performance Expectations
Purpose: NOVA CSR’s are the “face” of NOVA. They are expected and required to provide the highest level of customer service, professionalism and “can do” attitude at all times.
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Flexibility required.
CSR Responsibilities: 50% of the time CSR will pickup and deliver Client projects (boxes & packages) to law firm and other businesses in uptown Charlotte. Walking 3-4 miles per day. 50% of the time CSR will work in NOVA's Production Center printing and scanning legal documents as well as other various tasks assigned by NOVA Management.
- Represent NOVA at the highest level of service and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:
Must have access to reliable transportation to get to work
Clear status on drug screening and background check
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
