Job Responsibilities
- Perform residential house washing using professional equipment.
- Clean and stain decks, fences, and other wood surfaces to restore their appearance.
- Pressure wash driveways, sidewalks, patios, and exterior surfaces.
- Conduct roof soft washing and gutter cleaning to maintain home exteriors.
- Safely handle pressure washing, staining, and sealing equipment.
- Ensure job sites are left clean and in top condition after each project.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience in pressure washing and deck staining (residential experience preferred).
- Ability to operate professional pressure washing and staining equipment.
- Strong understanding of cleaning solutions, detergents, stains, and sealants.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Northern Virginia.
- Physically able to handle equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-friendly attitude.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with soft washing and roof cleaning techniques.
- Expertise in deck staining, wood restoration, and sealing exterior surfaces.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
