ABOUT THE ROLE :
The Executive Assistant will provide support primarily to the CFO as well as to other executives. The candidate should be well-organized, outcome-oriented, proactive, and a strong communicator. Nova is a high growth company, meaning the ideal candidate will be comfortable with evolving priorities as the company goes through different phases of growth.
Responsibilities
- Support executive team members to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently
- Lead administrative tasks, for example related to client management, new geographic expansion, and other growth initiatives
- Manage professional and personal scheduling for CFO, including agendas, email, phone calls, client management, and other company logistics
- Support with travel booking, expense report management, reviewing resumes, and other administrative items as needed to increase team efficiency
- Assist with contract administration, including organizing and maintain a database of key corporate documents and contracts
- Serve as a liaison with the accounting department to ensure accurate records
- Provide occasional support on personal tasks
