Nova Supports is dedicated to providing exceptional behavior consultation and early intervention ABA services for individuals with autism, and their families. Our mission is to provide the BEST support for EVERY individual needing in-home ABA Therapy.

Position Overview

Compensation: $20-$23/hour once certified

Schedule: Part time to full time, depending on your schedule. Evening and weekend hours available, may be some morning and day time hours.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). If you are not yet certified as an RBT, we can help you get there! In this role, you will provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children with autism, working closely with a behavior analyst to implement personalized treatment plans. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment programs designed by a behavior analyst
• Use ABA techniques promote skill acquisition and behavior reduction
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
• Attend regular training and supervision sessions
• Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Must complete the 40-hour RBT training program (provided by Nova Supports)
• Pass the RBT competency assessment and obtain RBT certification within the designated timeframe
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to pass a background check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children with autism
