Job Summary: We're looking for a Manufacturing Manager to direct and manage all plant operations, overseeing production, maintenance, quality, and other production-related activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing leadership and proven ability to drive change, lead safety compliance, and develop high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Plant Operations: Direct and manage all plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality products.
2. Manage Team Performance: Oversee areas of the manufacturing team, general safety, planning, cost efficiency, and quality of products.
3. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with established safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
4. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to promote a high-commitment culture, actively communicating vision, mission, and values.

Requirements:

• Experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in heavy manufacturing or welding environments.
• Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Proven experience in leading safety compliance and engagement.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical thinking skills.
