Job Overview: As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and managing all plant operations, ensuring efficient production processes and high-quality products. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals to achieve organizational goals and objectives, and work closely with department supervisors to improve efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience in manufacturing leadership, preferably in heavy manufacturing or welding environments.
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge, and abilities.
- Proven experience in leading safety compliance and engagement.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and related software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical thinking skills.
