Operations Lead

A growing company in the industrial, energy, and power sectors is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth and customer relationships. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new business, closing deals, processing orders, and supporting outside sales with quotes and inquiries. Additionally, you’ll manage will-call orders, inventory, and warehouse organization to keep operations running efficiently.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of inside sales, counter sales, or parts sales experience, preferably in automation, instrumentation, or industrial products. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
