We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our team. This role is critical in supporting product development, sustainability, testing initiatives, and customer engagement by managing samples, coordinating shipments, and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, a team player, and possesses excellent organizational skills.Key Responsibilities : Sample Library Management : Create, organize, and maintain the company’s sample library to ensure accurate and accessible inventory.Track and manage incoming and outgoing samples to support internal teams and customer requests.Shipment Coordination : Receive and organize materials, ensuring proper documentation and storage.Coordinate outgoing shipments to meet project timelines and customer needs.Showroom Preparation : Set up and organize the showroom for customer meetings, ensuring all displays and materials are presented professionally and accurately.Regularly update the showroom to reflect the latest product developments.Administrative and Data Entry : Input and maintain accurate data for product development, testing, and sustainability initiatives.Organize and manage documentation for internal and external reporting.Assist with scheduling, meeting minutes, and general administrative support for the product development team.Cross-Functional Support : Collaborate with product development, marketing, sustainability, and sales teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely communication.Provide logistical support for product testing and sustainability projects as needed.Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required.Very strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with database or inventory management software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.Experience in product development, shipping / logistics, or customer service is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
