We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital administrative and clerical support to our regional leadership team on Daniel Island, SC.
Responsibilities
This role is essential to ensuring smooth departmental operations and supporting our leaders in achieving our mission of patient-centered care and high reliability.
- Administrative Excellence: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for Regional Directors.
- Communication Hub: Serve as a professional liaison between executives, staff, physicians, and external stakeholders.
- Project & Office Support: Assist in special projects, track deliverables, and ensure smooth office operations.
- Confidential & High-Impact Work: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Meeting & Documentation Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on key action items.
- Safety & Compliance: Utilize Novant Health’s First Do No Harm (NHFDNH) safety behaviors and high-reliability strategies to support a safe and remarkable experience.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of executive administrative experience.
- Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly Organized: Ability to establish priorities, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Confidential & Professional: Exhibits a high degree of responsibility in handling sensitive matters.
- People-Centered Mindset: Ability to work effectively with visitors, customers, physicians, community leaders, associates, and board members.
