We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to provide vital administrative and clerical support to our regional leadership team on Daniel Island, SC.
Responsibilities: This role is essential to ensuring smooth departmental operations and supporting our leaders in achieving our mission of patient-centered care and high reliability. • Administrative Excellence: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for Regional Directors. • Communication Hub: Serve as a professional liaison between executives, staff, physicians, and external stakeholders. • Project & Office Support: Assist in special projects, track deliverables, and ensure smooth office operations. • Confidential & High-Impact Work: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. • Meeting & Documentation Management: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and ensure follow-through on key action items. • Safety & Compliance: Utilize Novant Health’s First Do No Harm (NHFDNH) safety behaviors and high-reliability strategies to support a safe and remarkable experience.
Requirements: • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Experience: Minimum two (2) years of executive administrative experience. • Strong Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Highly Organized: Ability to establish priorities, multitask, and work independently with minimal supervision. • Confidential & Professional: Exhibits a high degree of responsibility in handling sensitive matters. • People-Centered Mindset: Ability to work effectively with visitors, customers, physicians, community leaders, associates, and board members.
