Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care based on assessment and treatment plans
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care settings
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Certifications: BLS required, ACLS preferred
Shift Information:
- Nights shifts available
- Staffing ratios: 1:6 for Acute care patients and 1:8 for Swing Bed Patients
- Weekend requirement: 4 individual weekend shifts in a 4 week period
