What Are We Looking For?
UCI is currently looking for a Help Desk Technician to join their team in Columbia. The technician will provide technical assistance to end users to assure uninterrupted information system operations including: telephone, data, network, client, printer, and facsimile systems.
Do You Have What It Takes?
A good candidate will bring with them:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of technical support experience
- Experience in searching online tools and resources for technical problems
- Ability to act with accountability
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a challenging, and fast-pace environment
- Passion for IT and desire for continuous improvement and learning
- Valid driver's license
An ideal candidate would also have:
- Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Three or more years of technical support experience
- Comp TIA A or Network Certification
- Experience in the healthcare market
