As an Associate Product Specialist, you'll support the development and launch new products. You'll collaborate with others to deliver customer-focused products to the market and provide post-sales support.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with market research, and developing and implementing product strategies that drive growth.
- Assisting cross-functional teams with developing product specifications.
- Creating product marketing materials and conducting product training sessions.
- Analyzing the market landscape to identify trends and opportunities.
- Monitoring product performance and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering discipline; MBA either complete or in-progress.
- Customer satisfaction knowledge - Have a basic understanding of product development and launch processes.
- Be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for product development.
- Be able to conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
