Job Summary
The Vice President of Engineering will lead a global cross-discipline engineering team across a Novanta global business unit, Celera Motion.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead new product, technology, and sustaining engineering development across a multi-discipline global business unit.
- Set strategic goals, identify growth opportunities, and drive business initiatives that deliver innovative, scalable new products and technologies.
- Build and develop a world-class technical engineering team capable of executing today and tomorrow's strategy.
- Analyze complex engineering problems. Evaluate risks, developing effective strategies, and make decisions to overcome challenges and grasp opportunities that facilitate customer innovation, success, and growth.
