Over recent years they have experienced significant growth and they are now seeking a proven Director, Operations to join them. This visionary leadership role demands a strong focus on operational excellence, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments including (but not limited too production, shipping, receiving, warehousing, compounding)
- Implement and optimize lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Our client have invested a lot in their equipment so are seeking candidates who can help to automate processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team to achieve company objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations such as GMP and ISO standards.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to enhance operational efficiency and profitability
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
